Vendor Neutral |
Our vendor neutral agreements offer the client a single point of contact to manage
the recruitment process on your behalf in a completely neutral operating field.
Under this agreement, we would not source staff ourselves, but manage a panel
of staffing partners to establish a fair and unbiased supply ensuring ‘the best
candidate’ for the role. Through standardised SLA’s and KPI’s we seek to improve
quality and retention as well as delivering cost savings through a series of set pay
and charge matrices. |
Master Vendor |
Under this agreement we will help the client streamline the whole process involved
in recruitment, whilst lowering costs and improving the quality of personnel. We act
as a single point of contact – to source and supply your requirements using either
our own pool of employees or utilising the resources of other staffing partners that
we have long-established relationships with. |
Managed Agency |
Through our managed agency option we can offer the client more involvement of
the selection and review of second tier suppliers. Under this agreement the client can
control costs whilst streamlining the recruitment and ordering process. We offer our
experience and resources to help cover all areas of the ‘recruitment cycle’ – response
handling, assessing and vetting, training, HR (appraisals and disciplinaries), retention
and redeployment. |
